We’re looking for a strategic and analytical leader to design and execute high-profile client engagements, including working with public sector agencies and major nonprofit organizations. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in helping grow a small business, cultivating new clients, and delivering dynamic consulting engagements. The ideal Senior Manager should be innovative and entrepreneurial, a superb communicator, and an adept manager with 8-10 years of progressive professional experience. We are looking for someone with significant expertise in their policy field and/or in organizational management strategies.

We also facilitate efforts to prevent tenant harassment:

With support from the Neighborhood First Fund, we are helping the NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development and the New York City Council explore strategies to prevent tenant harassment, including a citywide expansion of the City’s Certificate of No Harassment (CONH) program. We are facilitating a series of dynamic working sessions of the Tenant Harassment Prevention/CONH Working Group – made up of several city council members and housing policy experts from tenant advocacy groups, the real estate industry, city agencies, and research organizations – to leverage the group’s diverse perspectives to prioritize actionable opportunities to reduce tenant harassment now and in the future through policy, process and regulation

And, we help clients use data to measure impact, refine service delivery, and tell their story:

Celeste Frye was recently interviewed on our work helping Capital Change Fund grantees develop performance metrics that better analyze outcomes. She shares how shifting the focus towards the impact on the participants can ensure program success and improved outcomes for the members of their communities.

We were pleased to celebrate with colleagues old and new at the Workforce Professionals Training Institute’s Annual Fall Benefit. WPTI is a longtime partner of Public Works’, and has trained more than 8,000 practitioners from over 800 agencies, helping professionals develop innovative practices to address pressing challenges. We extend our congratulations to the night’s honorees – Dale Grant, Executive Chair of Grant Associates; Randy Peers, CEO of Opportunities for a Better Tomorrow; and John Mogulescu, Senior University Dean for Academic Affairs at CUNY and Dean at the CUNY School of Professional Studies – for their substantial contributions to the field.
